I hereby give to Christina Garrett/33 West Studios LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs and videos that he/she/they have taken of myself:
a) To copyright the same in the photographer's name of any other name that he/she may select;
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
c) 33 West Studios LLC agrees to NOT use these images for any pornographic content. Any shared images will be agreed upon between client/model.
A. Liability
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties.
B. Copyright & Penalty
This photography service retains all copyrights to all images created during the client's/models session. A print release will be given with digital files to print the portraits for personal use. This print release DOES allow client's/models use of digital files to be shared via social media or website publications. This print release DOES NOT allow altering of your images without the photographer's written permission, or use of any 'proof' images . It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by this photography service during the photo session. If client/model steals images the client/model will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client/model has stolen, at $150 per digital file.
C. COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Model may arrive up to 15 minutes early for scheduled shooting time. Clients/Models who No Show will be required to pay a fee of $150 per hour of time they were scheduled for and a studio fee of $150.
D. Images
Delivery of images shall take place in a timely manner and under any circumstances no longer than 45 days after the date of scheduled photoshoot.
